IMDEA International Open Call for Research Positions
The Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies (IMDEA) is a network of non-profit foundations seeking candidates to fill positions at all levels in each of the following knowledge fields:
- Energy
- Food Science
- Materials Science: The application process for open research positions at IMDEA Materials Science has been reopened.
- Mathematics: The application process for open research positions at IMDEA Mathematics has been closed. We appreciate the outstanding level of response obtained and wish to thank all researchers that have submitted their applications.
- Nanoscience: The application process for open research positions at IMDEA Nanoscience has been reopened.

- Social Sciences: The application process for open research positions at IMDEA Social Sciences has been closed. We appreciate the outstanding level of response obtained and wish to thank all researchers that have submitted their applications.

The main selection criterion will be the candidate's demonstrated ability and commitment to research.
Search and selection of candidates for these positions will be coordinated directly by the directors of each foundation and will be performed by an independent advisory board following the recommendations of the European Charter for Researchers.
In order to apply for a position, candidates should log into IMDEA at www.imdea.org/ICApplication, select the
Institute of their interest and follow the link to the application form. Candidates
must fill-out the application form and attach a copy of their CV. Only electronic
applications will be considered at this stage of the selection process.
