There is no question that universities in Madrid have many outstanding scientists who teach and carry out research excellent research here.

IMDEA would like them to carry out research work at its network of centres without entirely letting go their teaching duties at their universities by joining IMDEA as associated researchers. IN nay case they will be selected using the same merit criteria used in the selection of IMDEA full-time researchers.
