To train technical and scientific personnel in different areas of Nanotechnology. To contribute to the formation of students, to the analysis of the societal implications of Nanotechnology and to transmit to the society the possibilities and challenges of Nanoscience. To promote technology transfer and creation of spin-offs companies in this area that may contribute to the economic development of Madrid and Spain.
