The Scientific Council is an advising body in scientific matters related to the Institute. Its members participate in the activity of IMDEA Social Sciences by contributing recommendations on the Institute’s current and future plans; helping in the selection and recruitment of its researchers; and, more generally, by implementing specific actions proposed by the Board of Trustees. The Council is comprised by the scientists in the Board of Trustees and a limited number of other scientists chosen by the Board itself, currently the following:
