The Board of Trustees governs, represents, and administers the Foundation. Its main function is to ensure that the aims of the foundation are fulfilled.
In order to assure IMDEA Software Foundation’s independence and prestige the Board of Trustees is composed of:
- Prestigious international scientists that work in the software development technologies research.
- Universities.
- Public research institutions.
- Innovation and technology centres.
- Private companies.
- Experts with experience and prestige in software development technologies.
- The Spanish Government Administration.
