IMDEA Software Foundation is governed by the following boards:
- Board of Trustees.
- Permanent Management Committee.
- Scientific committee.
The Permanent Management Committee is formed by a reduced number of the Board of Trustees members. Its objective is to facilitate the Foundation government.
The Foundation is directed by a Director and a Deputy Director, chosen between prestigious researchers in the Software Development Technologies area.
