• Its infraestructures (The subway system, Commuter trains, the airport and highways and bypasses, are among the most modern in Europe).
• Its public servicies (Public and university hospitals, Services to look after the welfare of its senior citizens, are among the most modern in the world).
• Itd educational system (Public schools, Institutes and Universities, with bilingual schools, reinforcement of mathematics, language and foreign language subjects, scholarships based on academic excellence or Erasmus, laying down the groundwork for the future).

There are no obstacles. Madrid could turn its potential as a Knowledge Generation engine into the key for future success.
