The Board of Trustees is the governing, representative and administration body of the IMDEA Food Foundation, which performs the functions corresponding to same, subject to the provisions in the legal system and in the articles of the Statute. In its performance the Board of Trustees abide by the provisions in the Law in force and the will of founder set out in the articles of the Statutes. The Trust is in charge of fulfilling the foundational purpose and administrating the goods and rights making up the patrimony of the Foundation, maintaining its returns and utility.

In accordance with our Statutes, the Board of Trustees shall be composed of permanent and elected trustees. Currently, it is composed by the following members:
