The European Researchers´Night in Madrid 2021 coordinated by the Fundación para el Conocimiento madrimasd is an action framed in the European Horizonte 2020 programme, which is held in more than 300 European cities at the same time.

What Do You Do To Improve The Earth?

Today’s world faces serious problems on whose solution everyone’s future depends. And What do you do to improve the Earth? Researchers from the IMDEA Institutes will tell how their work contributes to proposing solutions to these problems.

Starting from very diverse scientific areas, they will show us that science can and should be the best ally on the Earth. And they will show us specific examples of how their work seeks to ensure a more sustained and sustainable development for all.

In addition to their work, researchers will also talk about themselves, why they chose to dedicate themselves to research, what led them to specialize in a certain scientific area, or what is the best and worst of an exciting but difficult career.

They will do all this together in the auditorium of the Residencia de Estudiantes in Madrid on the afternoon of next Friday, September 24th. Where circumstances permit, there will also be an audience with them who will be able to ask questions, express their opinions, suggest research paths, etc.

Activity live broadcasted from the Residencia de Estudiantes through Edad de Plata.
